Ruoff employees may direct ship orders to Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, and Georgia. All other orders must be sent to Ruoff Corporate Headquarters at 1670 Magnavox Way, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, which upon delivery will be forwarded to your home address on file in Paylocity. Please expect a 2-3 week delay plus shipping time from the time you place your order until you receive it.
Starting with the fall 2024 new product launch onSeptember 9th, 2024, we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges. This is due to a shift in the way products are being ordered and stored.Â
Damages and issues
